Gentlemen of the the 3rd Regiment,
 
   The season is quickly approaching and it is time to provide your projected attendance for the upcoming events. Because these events fall into quick succession, I need them all as quickly as you can supply them. Remember, these numbers are important because this is how we get our space allocation.
 
        1. Chancellorsville at Isle of Wight
 
        2. Camp of Instruction at New Market
 
        3. Chancellorsville in Spotsylvania
 
        4. Gettysburg (I know this is a bit early but being a big event the sooner I get numbers the better) 
 
   What numbers do I need?
        Number of people(soldiers and civilians), Number of A-frames, Officer tents and Cook flies. Please consider dog tents as A-frames.
A good example of how to submit numbers
            Total Infantry:  20 soldiers consisting of:
            Captain     
            1st Lt.   
            1st Sgt. 
            2nd Sgt.
            Corporal     
            Privates (15)
 
            Total Civilians (8)
 
            Tentage:
            1 Officer's Wall
            1 Dining Fly
            6 "A" tents

Quick note on the Isle of Wight event:
        If you look at the event schedule, there is a full day of activities listed for Friday. That is actually for 2nd Battalion only. Per Col. Fallin, 3rd Regiment will not be doing any scenarios on Friday. This will be treated as a normal set-up day for us.
